Viktor was born in Moscow (Russia), he graduated from Russian Academy of music, received a master's degree, defending her master's thesis " The Role of socio-psychological methods in music pedagogy". Victor teaches at the Jazz Academy (Moscow). There are many winners of national and international competitions among his students. Also Viktor is active on tour as a soloist of the orchestra of The Alexandrov Red Army Ensemble, taking part in festivals, masterclasses and concerts in Europe, America, Asia and Africa.
