Faustino Diaz: Mexican Trombonist, Tubist, Trumpeter and Arranger.
He studied at the National Conservatory of Music in Mexico with Benjamín Alarcón and Gustavo Rosales, at Rotterdam Conservatorium in Holland with Jorgen van Rijen and at the High School of Music in Lausanne with Jacques Mauger.
He was the first Latin American trombonist to win an international trombone contest at Jeju Korea 2013, third place winner at the international trombone contest in Budapest Hungary in 2016 and finalist for the international trombone contest Citta di Porcia in Italy in 2011.
