Our collaborator for innovatrombone Alejandro Biot, professor of trombone at the conservatory Camille Saint-Saëns in Paris and assistant professor at the CRR conservatory in Paris, has sent us this video recorded during the last month of August on the tour made by Colombia.
For several days, Master Biot conducted a series of workshops, master classes and rehearsals taught at the universities of Antioquia and Eafit, working with the trombone section of the Ibero Academia Orchestra and a workshop with the trombonists of the Medellín school network.
The fragment belongs to the piece “Emmanuele” for solo trombone, performed by Alejandro Biot, accompanied by the group of trombones from Medellín.
